Dandruff, brittle and dry hair may be a symptom of vitamin B7 deficiency, which is usually caused by long-term use of antibiotics. These antibiotics can harm the beneficial bacteria in the gut which synthesize biotin (vitamin B7), resulting in lack of the vitamin. To resolve this problem, you should eat egg yolks, cauliflower and mushrooms more often.

PALE COMPLEXION

If your complexion has suddenly turned pale, you may be lacking vitamin B12. This symptom, accompanied by a rough tongue is a sure sign that you’re vitamin B12 deficient. Other symptoms that may appear are fatigue and memory problems. To increase the levels of vitamin B12, eat organic poultry, grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish.

PALE LIPS

Pale lips are usually a sign of iron deficiency. Other symptoms caused by lack of iron are dirt, ice or clay cravings, and the symptoms are more noticeable in women than men. Iron can be found in red meat, spinach and dry beans.

PUFFY EYES

Puffy eyes and swollen legs are usually caused by iodine deficiency, especially if they’re accompanied by weight gain, dry skin and brittle nails. To resolve the problem, consume more salt, salt water fish, seaweed and sea vegetables.

BLEEDING AND TENDER GUMS

This is a sign of vitamin C deficiency which may cause bigger health problems. Vitamin C can be found in citrus fruit, watermelons, kiwi, mango, berries and red peppers, so make sure to include these foods in your diet if you’re lacking this vitamin.

This Face Mask of Seaweed Will Make You Look 5 Years Younger!

After a 2-3 weeks of using it, you will look 2-3 years younger. After another 2-3 weeks – and you will look younger for about 5-6 years.

Face mask of  Seaweed

The recipe is very easy and affordable one. Buy some dried seaweed at the pharmacy or from a drug store (It is the best to use Laminaria algae for this mask , because they have a role in the revitalization and remineralization, due to the high content of protein, trace elements and vitamins.)

Pour 2-3 teaspoons of seaweed  into a glass and over 4-5 teaspoons of boiling water. Stir until it becomes smooth, cover it  and leave it for ten minutes.

It is important not to pour a lot of water, because you will later find it difficult to apply the mixture to your face, and avoid leakage.

Add a few drops of lemon juice (for oily skin) or a few drops of any unrefined vegetable oil, or a few drops of vitamin A or E (for dry skin), for example AD drops.


Stir with your fingers and put it on the face for 20-25 minutes.

Do the procedure at night.

Wash with warm water and go to sleep.

Skin starts to shine, tightens, revives, if the mask you work 3-4 times a week.

The appearance of the skin of your face becomes younger, prettier and nurtured.
